How to Ensure You're Launching the Most Secure Website

As Cloudflare powers WP Engine's Global Edge Security solution I was invited to give a security related talk at the 2021 Decode event. The main focus of the event was around WordPress applications, but given the talk was entry level I touched on many different security basics that are often overlooked and applicable to all applications, not only WordPress. Topics ranged from DNS to basic firewalling tactics. Charts and data in this talk comes from Cloudflare.
