The state of application security in 2023

During Cloudflare’s Security Week 2022, we published our first application security report. This year, for Security Week 2023, we published an update by providing year long trends as well as new data, such as our leaked credential check matches.
Personally, I found this one of the more interesting research related posts I contributed to at Cloudflare, as the amount of data and insights available to the platform really do provide a lens on what is happening on the Internet.
